When you request a conversation through this website, you share your name, email, phone number, service interest, preferred dates, time zone, and contact preference. Organization inquiries also ask for an organization name.

Responding to your request

Mintlife Health uses these details to respond and coordinate a conversation. The website’s form sends your request through FormSubmit to info@mintlife.health. Contact information may be managed in Mintlife Health’s GoHighLevel account. Please do not include personal histories or sensitive details in the form.

Optional email updates

The checkbox for coaching resources and updates is optional and separate from your request. You can request a conversation without selecting it. To stop receiving promotional emails, use the unsubscribe option in the email or contact info@mintlife.health.

Other services

Text, WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn, and Amazon links take you to services with their own privacy practices. This website uses Google Fonts for typography. Website hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
